Prior to Spyderweb Communications our company’s lT systems had a lot of problems with stability and performance, since joining with them our lT systems haven’t ever run this smooth.

Spyderweb Communications reduced our existing phone bill roughly 70%, upgraded all of the workstations in all our eight locations, installed an enterprise lT wireless system and made sure everything configured properly and tested. Spyderweb Communications is very responsive, always returns our calls and is very professional. We can count on them in any type of emergency is our stores. We have had the pleasure of working with Spyderweb Communications for the last 4 years now and we have been very happy.

It is my pleasure to recommend Spyderweb Communications. Spyderweb Communications has been with us for approximately 11 years. We are a geriatric care management and home care organizer with many complex computer systems, phones and mobile devices for our field staff.

Approximately 7 years ago Spyderweb Communications played an instrumental role in upgrading our phones to a digital VOIP system. Most recently they upgraded our phone system to the latest technology with SIP Trunking. Both transitions were smooth with virtually no noticeable down-time.

Spyderweb Communications are very cost-conscious with a constant eye on business continuity. They understand the business impact of any system being down, weather its phones, computers, mobile, and works hard even after hours to make to make sure there is as little impact to the business workflow as possible.

We used Spyderweb Communications to install a new phone hardware and ultimately transferred our land lines with Century Link over to Intermedia using VOIP technology.

Spyderweb Communications was responsible for all the setup of hardware, employee training, and the behind-the-scenes coordinating responsible to ensure this transition ensued without incident. On the day we transferred our phone lines from Century Link to Intermedia our employees were never aware of any changes in the operation of our phone system. We are currently using Intermedia with no complaints.

We have had the pleasure of working with Spyderweb Communications for about four years now. THey came highly recommended by another dental office in Gig Harbor. He has been a blessing in disguise. Prior to hiring Spyderweb Communications I was constantly frustrated with our computer software and hardware.
